There will be two stages of recruitment before medical examination as under: - 

a) PST/PET, Documentation & Trade Test.

Education Qualification:

Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board for skilled trades on or before closing date of receipt of online Application Form. (i.e., Barber, Boot Maker/Cobbler, Tailor, Cook, Mason, Mali, Painter, Plumber, Washer Man and Welder). Industrial Training Institute trained personnel will be preferred. 

Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized board for unskilled trades on or before closing date of receipt of online Application Form (i.e., Sweeper). 

Physical Standards: 

Male candidates: - 

a) Height (For UR, SC, EWS and OBC candidates except those mentioned in Official Notification Para-No.6.3.1) 170 Cms 

b) Chest (For UR, SC, EWS and OBC candidates except those mentioned in Official Notification Para-No.6.3.1) 80-85 Cms (Minimum expansion 5 Cms.) 

Female candidates: - 

a) Height (For UR, SC, EWS and OBC candidates except those mentioned in Official Notification Para-No.6.3.1) 157 Cms. 

b) Chest - There is no minimum requirement of chest in case of female candidates.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET): 

Candidates who qualify Physical Standard Test (PST) will undergo Physical Efficiency Test (PET). 

For Male candidates 1.6 Kms race in 6 minutes 30 seconds 

For Female candidates 800 mtrs in 4 minutes

Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens (Male & Female) for filling up 322 vacancies for the Non-Gazetted & Non-Ministerial posts of Head Constable(General Duty) in Group “C” on temporary basis (likely to be made permanent) in Central Reserve Police Force against SPORTS QUOTA.

Examination fees and Payment

It is in 02 components (Examination Fee: Rs. 50/- & Recruitment Processing Charges: Rs. 450/-) and to be paid as under:

Ex-servicemen who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Govt in Group ‘C’ post on regular basis after availing benefits of reservation given to them are required to pay the examination fee, i.e., Rs. 50/- also along with recruitment processing charges of Rs. 450/-.   

Essential Qualifications

(i) Matriculation (10th class pass) or equivalent from a recognized Board of Education, and

 (ii)Possession of domicile certificate of that State against which candidate has applied. 

(iii)Knowledge of any one of the local language/dialects mentioned in Table ‘A’ above against each SIB.

Note: i. Special Security Allowance @ 20% of basic pay in addition to other Govt. allowances. ii. Cash compensation in lieu of duty performed on holidays subject to a ceiling of 30 days.
